Administrator: How to I prevent policyholders from being invited to a OneXperience project?

If this option is disabled, policyholders can still be invited to join live calls and work on custom tasks using external invite methods.
- Click Settings in your Administration menu.
- Click Collaboration.
- Click the Policyholder Invite switch in the Policyholder Collaboration card to off.
- Click Save.
