Administrator: What kinds of activity will reactivate an instance?

Any change of information in the project reactivates that project. Examples of these changes include, but are not limited to,
- Adding a file.
- Starting a video collaboration.
- Sending a message.
- Creating a label.
- Assigning a custom task.
- Updating policyholder information.
