Team member: How do I clear my in-app notification folder?

In-app notifications are automatically removed from the Notifications drawer and the Notification History page after 30 days.

To clear a single notification

  1. Click at the top of your screen next to your name.
  2. Click Remove [Remove button] on the notification card.

To clear all notifications

  1. Click at the top of your screen next to your name.
  2. Click Clear all [Clear all button] to clear all in-app notifications.
