Team member: How do I choose the types of notifications I want to see in the portal?

In-app notifications are removed from the Notifications drawer and the Notification History page after 30 days.
Option 1
- Click on your name at the top of your screen.
- Select My account.
- Click Notification Preferences.
- Select the check boxes for the notifications you want to receive in the portal and those you would like to receive as emails.
Option 2
- Click Notifications [
] at the top of your screen. - Click Notification Preferences [
]. - Select the check boxes for the notifications you want to receive in the portal and those you would like to receive as emails.
Some notifications are dependent upon a feature being enabled on the account.
All in-app notifications will be available in your notification history, but only selected notifications will alert you and be available in your notification alert drawer.
