The OneXperience Messages feature provides a way for you to communicate with team members on your project.
The Messages feature gives your insurance company access to all messages sent through OneXperience. Other team members can only view messages if they are chosen as recipients. You receive a notification and message whenever a team member selects you as a message recipient.
All messages sent through OneXperience stay with their projects, even if the project is canceled, completed, or archived. Messages cannot be removed from a project. If you feel inappropriate or confidential information has been uploaded, please contact your primary contact.
