Primary contact: How do I provide feedback about missing or incorrectly identified hazards?

- Click Files in your General Collaboration menu.
- Click the image displaying Images flagged. Open to learn more [
] to open the File Details drawer. - Click Analytics.
- Click Click here to provide feedback [
] on the Hazard Recognition card. - Select the check box for the identified or missing hazard that needs to be corrected or included.
- Provide any needed comments.
- Click Submit.
