Policyholder: How do I take a snapshot of a video while I’m watching it?

- Click Files in your General Collaboration menu.
- Click the video you want to view.
- Find the section of the video where you want to take a snapshot.
- Click Pause [
]. - Click Video Snapshot [
]. - Enter a description of the image. (optional)
- Click Save Copy. Saving a snapshot adds a copy of the image to the Files tab.
