Files, including audio and video files, documents, and images, are an important part of your project. For that very reason, OneXperience includes a module to house uploaded files.
These are the file types that OneXperience currently supports.
- Audio: .mp3, .ogg, .wav
- Documents: .csv, .doc, .docx, .eml, .esx, .msg, .pdf, .xls, .xlsx
- Images: .bmp, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .zip
- Videos: .3gp, .3gpp, .avi, .gif, .m4a, .m4v, .mov, .mp4, .mpeg, .wmv
Using OneXperience, your insurance company can access all the files you upload to your project. When you work with a OneXperience team member who isn’t a part of your insurance company, you can share files with them in OneXperience as well.
You can see all the files you upload to OneXperience, and you are notified when team members add files and share them with you in OneXperience.
