Primary contact: How do I save a conversation made of multiple messages?

Conversations are saved in PDF format and exported to the Files tab.

Save selected messages

  1. Click Messages in your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Click Open actions menu [] under your name.
  3. Click Select.
  4. Click the check boxes of the messages you want included.
  5. Click Export conversation as a document available in the Files tab [].

Save all messages

Option 1

  1. Click Messages in your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Click Open actions menu [] under your name.
  3. Click Export all to PDF.

Option 2

  1. Click Messages in your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Click Export conversation as a document available in the Files tab [] under your name.
