Team member: How do I start a live call?

If your administrator has enabled the option, you might be able to begin the call with your camera turned off.
Invite a team member or the policyholder
Option 1
- Click Start live call in the Welcome card at the top of your dashboard.
- Select Team member.
- Select the team member or policyholder from the Recipient drop-down menu.
- Select the method you want to use to invite them to the call.
- Enter or confirm the invitee's contact information.
- Click Invite & join.
Option 2
- Click Video Collaboration in your General Collaboration menu.
- Click Live Call under your name.
- Select Team member.
- Select the team member or policyholder from the Recipient drop-down menu.
- Select the method you want to use to invite them to the call.
- Enter or confirm the invitee’s contact information.
- Click Invite & Join.
Invite someone who is not a team member or the policyholder
Option 1
- Click Start Live Call in the Welcome card at the top of your dashboard.
- Select Not a team member.
- Enter the name of the person you want to invite.
- Select the method you want to use to invite them to the call.
- Enter the invitee's contact information.
- Click Invite & Join.
Option 2
- Click Video collaboration in your General Collaboration menu.
- Click Live Call under your name at the top of your dashboard.
- Select Not a team member.
- Enter the name of the person you want to invite.
- Select the method you want to use to invite them to the call.
- Enter the invitee's contact information.
- Click Invite & Join.
