If your policyholder isn't receiving the invitation to join a collaboration...
Live calls can run for as long as needed.
Live call participants can tap a camera icon on their device to take high-resolution photos during the call.
If the video wasn’t recorded and no snapshots were taken: Make sure the live call participants allowed access to their camera, microphone, and location services after they downloaded the app. Confirm that live call participants are familiar with the application controls and were able to select the correct video and photo controls.
With a live call already in progress and a viewer already invited to the call, go to the viewers sub-tab to send a message to an invited viewer. Messages are visible to all viewers. At the end of the call, all messages are saved as a PDF in the Files tab.
A viewer is someone other than the primary invitee who is asked to participate in a live call.
The call must be in progress before you can invite viewers to join a live call.
You and live call participants are notified of any changes in audio or video quality that may affect the call.
Click Remove viewer [ ] on the line with the viewer’s name. Click Remove in the Removing a viewer confirmation dialog box.
Live call participants can tap the video camera icon on their device to start recording videos during the call.
Live call invitees are notified when it is time to join a live call. The method of notification is selected when you begin the live call.

Follow the steps on this page to take a video of the measurements you are taking during a live call.
While the Measure tool is open, tap the Menu button. Tap the option to change measurement types.
If your administrator has enabled AR and AR is available on the device, you will see the measure icon and it will be clickable.
The Measure tool is a Video Collaboration feature that, when enabled by the administrator, allows users to take measurements in real time during a video collaboration live call. A live call participant must be using the OneXperience app and an augmented reality- (AR-) compatible device to use this tool.
Follow the instructions on this page to exit the Measure tool.
You will see the Measure tool controls after you connect to a video collaboration live call if your device is AR-compatible.
If you mark the wrong point, use one of the methods on this page to remove one or more points.
If the Measure tool is enabled and you are using an augmented reality- (AR-) compatible device, you will see the Measure tool controls, the ruler icon, on your device’s screen, which you click to open the Measure tool.
Your snapshot, video, undo, and delete buttons are disabled when you click the Measure icon until your device recognizes a plane and is ready to capture measurements. The undo and delete buttons will stay disabled until the first point is marked.
