Policyholder: How do I remove a label from a file?

Option 1

  1. Click Files in your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Click Open file options menu [Open file options menu button] on the file you want to remove the label from.
  3. Select Labels.
  4. Select the checkbox of the label you want to remove.

Option 2

  1. Click Files in your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Click the image you want to remove the label from.
  3. Click the label title under Labels applied
  4. Click Remove in the Remove Label verification dialog box.
