Team member: How do I become the primary contact of a project?

If you create a project, you automatically become a team member and are assigned as the primary contact.
You can also become the primary contact of a project if you are assigned when the project is created, or you can be assigned by the current primary contact or an administrator.
A project can have only one primary contact at a time.
