Team member: How do I download files?

Download a single file

  1. Click Files in your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Click Open file options menu [] on the file you want to download.
  3. Select Download.

Download multiple files

  1. Click Files in your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Click Select file [] on the files you want to download.
  3. Click Select.
  4. Click on the files you want to download.
  5. Click Download [].

Download all files

  1. Click Files in your General Collaboration menu.
  2. Select Download [ ] from the toolbox below your name.
